This short blog is not about judging how you have lived your life up until this point, rather its about encouraging you to give yourself a chance to start doing better. To stop delaying your health goals or make excuses. It's always better late than never. The most important thing you can do is START. Once you get yourself over that start-line and commit to it, then be rest assure that you're on your way to fulfilling your health or fitness goal.
There has never been a more important time for us to stay healthy than now. With this COVID-19 PANDEMIC, you need to start taking your health seriously, as we have seen from the devastating results of this crisis. People with other morbidity factors are more like to die from COVID-19 than their healthier counterparts. But besides beating this crisis, being healthy boosts your confidence as well... E.g. It Improves your mental wellbeing, gives you moral boost, which helps your relationships to blossom. When you're healthy, you're bound to live your best life. So, stop postponing your health goals, and get started already.
